Question 1020142: At a college, 60% of the students pass Spanish, 70% of the students pass Science, and 30% pass both of these courses. If a student is selected at random, find the following conditional probabilities.
a) The student passes Spanish given that said student passed Science.
b) The student passes Science given that the student passed Spanish.
I know that if I can figure the formula for a) I can then figure out the solution for b) as well. I just can't get either of them down.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

If passed Spanish given that they passed Science, then must have passed both courses -- 30% probability. Same answer for part b.
