I will assume that g(x) = 2-x%5E2
(a) g(0) = 2+-+0%5E2 = 2 ==> f(2) = 4*2 - 9 = -1 ==> f(g(0)) = -1.
(b) f(0) = 4%2A0+-+9 = -9 ==> g(-9) = 2+-+%28-9%29%5E2 = 2 - 81 = -79 ==> g(f(0)) = -79
