you draw two times.
first time you draw, the probability you will get a queen is 4/52.
second time you draw, assuming that you got a queen on the first draw, and assuming that you didn't put that queen back into the deck, the probability you will get a queen is 3/51.
the probability you will draw 2 queens is therefore 4/52 * 3/51 = 12/2652.
this can be simplified to 1/221.
the decimal equivalent is .0045...
this is less than half of a percent.
