Question 1018972: I am investigating a pattern, our topic is linear patterns. The pattern is a square like shape. But there are always 6 new blocks added to the top of the shape. My class is doing the ten step method.
Ten steps:
1. Introduction
2. Describe in words
3. Define in terms. Example: T= total number of blocks
4. Make a table
5. Find the general rule (nth term)
6. Check validity and make a prediction
7. Make a graph
8. Justify and prove the formula works
9. Make a conclusion
I am sorry there are only 9 steps because my class is doing this assignment virtually.
My question,
My question is from question 5, (find the general rule, nth term.)
If in the pattern you increase by 6, then what is the zero term?
Thank you, I know this is a lot, but please help me, if you don't understand, contact me.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Your description and question need to be precise. Exactly what you have has not been shown clearly here. Word-for-word complete problem description and a picture if one has been given to you. (Probably was given to you).
