Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! It is B
The slope is 5 to the left and up three, and that is -3/5
The intercept is at +1.8, and adding 3 to both sides of B makes y isolated and to -1.2, adding 3 is 1.8
A third reason is that the point is (-2,3) and for the point slope formula that is y-3=slope(x+2), which is the form of B.
