Perimeter P = 2L + 2W = 210.
Here W = (2/3)L.
Plugging that in we get
2L + 2(2/3)L = 210
2L + (4/3)L = 210
(10/3)L = 210
Multiply by 3/10 and get
L = 63 ft
W = (2/3)(63) = 42 ft
