Total surface area of 4 walls:-
2 x 12 ft x 10 ft = 240 ft^2
2 x 8 ft x 10 ft = 160 ft^2
= 400 ft^2
Area of doors:-
2 x 7 ft x 4 ft = 56 ft^2
Area of windows:-
4 x 4 ft x 3 ft = 48 ft^2
Surface area to be painted:-
400 ft^2 - (56 + 48 ft^2)
400 ft^2 - 104 ft^2
= 296 ft^2
Cost of painting:-
296 ft^2 x tk 12
= tk 3552
