Question 1016239: I just learned about logs and I have to expand and evaluate when possible the given logarithmic expressions. I am confused on how to do that. one problem I have is log base 2 to the square root of x dived by y^3...... is there a way you could give me some instruction on how to solve this easily Answer by ankor@dixie-net.com(22740) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! log base 2 to the square root of x divided by y^3
Expand, divide means logs are subtracted -
log equiv of exponents, an exponent of 1/2 is the same as the square root -
you can't evaluate, it's not an equation
