You can put this solution on YOUR website! Relative to one train, the other travels at 180 km/h. So this problem is essentially equivalent to saying that the train in Meerut heads towards Delhi at 180 km/h. It will take 75 km/(180 km/h) = 5/12 hr until the trains pass each other. Therefore they pass each other at 8:25 am.
