Infinitely many possible real numbers will work. Restricting the range to be between 59 and 60 EXCLUDES any integer products or factors of 28.

Some number, x such that

59%3C28x%3C60

59%2F28%3Cx%3C60%2F28

You can pick any value between those that you want. An EXAMPLE may be 119%2F56 which is in the exact middle.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

1. There is NO integer number between 59 and 60, multiple 28.

2. The notion/concept "fator" is never used for rational non-integer numbers.

3. So your problem has no solution, and, honestly, doesn't make sense.
