First solve -1<4+5x <19
add -4 to each part
-5 < 5x < 15
divide each part by 5
-1 < x < 15
Next solve 2x +3 <-1
add -3 to each part
2x < -4
divide each part by 2
x < -2
Now solve 10-x <5
add -10 to each side
-x < -5
divide each side by -1 which reverses the inequality
x > 5
Now we have
-1 < x < 15 and x < -2 or x > 5
For -1 < x < 15 and x < -2 we find no values of x that satisfy
so our final answer must be x > 5
