You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/4x+2/3=x+3/4
3x+8=12x+9 Multiply each side times 12 to get rid of fractions.
-1=9x Subtract 3x and 9 from each side.
x=-1/9 divide 9 into each side.
Check:
1/4 * -1/9 + 2/3= -1/9 + 3/4
-1/36 + 2/3 = -1/9 + 3/4
-1/36 + 24/36 = -4/36 + 27/36
23/36=23/36
