You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Defect 1 present: P=0.05
Defect 1 not present : P=1-0.05=0.95
Defect 2 present: P=0.02
Defect 2 not present : P=1-0.02=0.98
Defect 1, not defect 2: P=0.05%280.98%29=0.049
Defect 2, not defect 1: P=0.02%280.95%29=0.019
Defect 1, defect 2 : P=0.05%280.02%29=0.001
So then summing those probabilities,
P=0.049%2B0.019%2B0.001=0.069

.
You could have also figured out the probability that neither defect exists,
P=0.95%280.98%29=0.931
The complement would be either one defect or both defects exist so,
P=1-0.931=0.069
