Question 1015299: Solve the system
3x-y+z=3
-×+y+2z=0
-5×+3y+2z=-2.
Solve for x,y,z.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 3x-y+z=3 eq1
-×+y+2z=0 eq2
-5×+3y+2z=-2 eq3
We need to combine 2 sets of equations to eliminate one variable.
-3×+3y+6z=0 (this is eq2 *3)
3x-y+z=3 eq1
2y+7z=3 we added the two equations
5×-5y+-10z=0 (eq2 * -5)
-5×+3y+2z=-2 eq3
-2y-8z=-2 we added the 2 equations
2y+7z=3
-z=1 so z=-1
2y-7=3
2y=10 so y=5
-×+y+2z=0
-x+5-2=0
-x+3=0, and x=3
3,5,-1
