You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let r be the slow man rate and then 2r is the fast man rate.

You have one slow man and two fast men, and combined, this group rate is r%2B2r%2B2r=5r.

The group of men can do 1 job in 12 days;
%285r%29%2A12=1.

r=1%2F%285%2A12%29

r=1%2F60, meaning the slow man does 1 job in 60 days.

Either of the FASTER men will simply need HALF those number of days for the 1 job, meaning 30 days.
