You can put this solution on YOUR website! The perimeter P = 2L + 2W = 52. We also have
L = 3W + 2
Substituting we have
2(3W + 2) + 2W = 52
6W + 4 + 2W = 52
8W = 48
W = 6m
L = 3(6) + 2 = 20m
