You can put this solution on YOUR website!
When you rewrite an expression by a commutative property, you change the order of the numbers being added or multiplied.
-8X%2B59=27...change the order of the numbers being added

59-8X=27... to isolate variables use the Inverse Property or Inverse Operations;add 8X to both sides

59-8X%2B8X=27%2B8X

59=27%2B8X....add -27 to both sides

59-27=27-27%2B8X

59-27=8X

32=8X...divide both sides by 8

32%2F8=8X%2F8

4=X

Considering that you first subtracted 59 from (or ADDED - 59 to) both sides, the was used.
