1 centimeter of rain is therefore equal to 1/100 meters of rain.

volume = length * width * height.

length is equal to 20 meters and width is equal to 30 meter and height is equal to 1/100 meters.

the volume of water on the roof is equal to 1/100 * 20 * 30 = 6 cubic meters.

the contents of the tank will increase by 6 cubic meters.
