You can put this solution on YOUR website! I need some help with solving problem : In triangle ABC the measurement of angle A is 5 degrees more than 3 times the measure of angle B. Angle C measures 20 degrees less than angle B to determine the measurement of angles A,B,C?
------
Equations:
A = 3*B + 5
C = B-20
A + B + C = 180
------------------------
Substitute for A and C; solve for "B"::
3B+5 + B + B-20 = 180
5B = 165
B = 33 Degrees
A = 3B+5 = 99+5 = 104 Degrees
C = B-20 = 33-20 = 13 Degrees

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
by definition of the sum, we have:
if the measurement of angle is degrees more than times the measure of angle , we have
.....eq.1
if angle measures degrees less than angle , we have
............eq.2
go to ,substitute and from eq.1 and eq.2
.................solve for
find .....eq.1
find ............eq.2
