L= Length
P = Perimeter
L = 2W - 44
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(W) + 2(L)
Sub 2W - 44cm for L
P = 2(W) + 2(2W-44cm) = 2222cm
So simplified 6W - 88cm = 2222cm
6W = 2222cm + 88cm
6W = 2310cm
W = 385cm
L = 2W - 44 = 2(385) - 44 = 726
Dimensions of Label W x L = 385cm x 726cm
