factor x^3-4x^2-3x+18=0
put x=3 we will get function satisfy means 0 so( x-3) is one facfor
x^3-4x^2-3x+18/x-3= x^2-x-6 further factor it by spiting middle term
x^2-x-6=(x-3)(x+2)
so we can say factor of x^3-4x^2-3x+18=(x-3)(x-3)(x+2)
