It would be 48 feet by 64 feet.
12/(1/4)=48
16/(1/4)=64.

Ask yourself, how many 1/4ths are in 12? Well, 48 of them.
How many 1/4ths are in 16? Well, 64.
Thus the actual building is 48' by 64'.
