Given that AC=10,BD=12
RQ is parallel to BD
=>RQ = 1/2(BD)=12/2=6
RQ=6
similarly
Ac is parallel to PQ
=>PQ = 1/2(AC)=10/2=5
PQ=5
perimeter of parallelogram PQRS=2(5+6)
=2(11)
=22
