Greatest number is 59,999 approx 60,000
Least number is 59,500 approx 60,000

Well, the greatest integer that rounds to 60000 is 59999, but that isn't the greatest number that does so, since we can look at 59999.9999999 with as many nines as you want without being an infinite many...
The least number that rounds to 60000 depends on what you are rounding to, but I will assume to the nearest ten thousand, so the answer is 55000.
