This looks like the formula for the area of a trapezoid, so the b%5B1%5D and b%5B2%5D are the two bases of the trapezoid, so you can't really add them to get b%5B3%5D. Otherwise, you have the right idea.
A+=+%281%2F2%29%28b%5B1%5D%2Bb%5B2%5D%29h First, multiply both sides by 2.
2A+=+%28b%5B1%5D%2Bb%5B2%5D%29h Now divide both sides by %28b%5B1%5D%2Bb%5B2%5D%29 to get:
h+=+2A%2F%28%28b%5B1%5D%2Bb%5B2%5D%29%29

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve A=+1%2F2+%28b1+%2B+b2%29h for h
if you multiply both sides by 2,
2%2AA=%281%2F2%29%2A2%28b1+%2B+b2%29h
we will have:
H+=2A+%2F%28b1+%2B+b2%29
