512 is a special number: it is 2%5E9: 512 = 2%5E9.

Equivalently, 512 = %28sqrt%282%29%29%5E18, because 2 = %28sqrt%282%29%29%5E2.

Therefore, log%28sqrt%282%29%2C512%29 = 18.

if you mean this,
(2^(1/2)) / log base 2 of 512
note that log base 2 of 512 is n in the equation 2^n = 512, n = 9 then
2^(1/2) / 9 = 0.15713484 approx 0.16
