You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
(2x+5)+(3x+5)=180
5x+10=180
5x=170
x=34
.
ANGLE 1:
2x+5=2(34)+5=68+5=73 degrees
.
ANGLE 2:
3x+6=3(34)+5=102+5=107 degrees
.
CHECK:
Angle 1 + Angle 2 = 180 degrees
73 degrees + 107 degrees = 180 degrees
180 degrees = 180 degrees
.

Supplementary angles add up to 180 degrees.
(2x+5)+(3x+5)= 180
5x+10= 180
5x= 170
x= 34 Now substitute in the equations.
--------------------------------------
2(34)+5= 73 This is one angle
3(34)+5= 117 degrees is the other angle
