1/16x^2 - 1/8x = 1
x^2 - 2x - 16 = 0 so that
x = (2 +/- sqrt(2^2 -(4*1*-16))) / 2
x = (2 +/- sqrt(68)) / 2
x = (2 +/- 2*sqrt(17)) / 2
x = 1 +/- sqrt(17)
