You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A = person is under 20
B = person is over 60

P(A or B) = P(A) + P(B) ... works because A and B are mutually exclusive

P(A or B) = 0.30 + 0.17

P(A or B) = 0.47 = 47%

you are correct. Nice work
