Question 1006790: Combining functions with (f*g)(x) and (f*g)(4):
f(x)= srt(4x-1) g(x)=x^2-10
I've tried srt(4x^2-1-10)
But, I didn't know how I would multiply that by 4, so it doesn't seem right.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) (f*g)(x), 2) (f*g)(4)
(f*g)(x)=srt(4x-1)(x^2-10)
(f*g)(x)=X^2(srt(4x-1)-10[srt(4x-1)]
2) (f*g)(4)= srt[4(4)-1](4^2-10)
(f*g)(4)= srt[16-1](16-10)
(f*g)(4)=srt[15](6)
(f*g)(4)=6{srt[15]}
