4*ln(x)-4*2ln(y^3)+ln(z)
4ln(x)-8ln(y^3)+ln(z)
4ln(x)+ln(z)-ln((y^3)^8)
ln(x^4)+ln(z)-ln(y^(3*8))
ln(x^4*z)-ln(y^24)
ln[(x^4*z)/(y^24)]

So 4(ln(x)-2ln(y^3))+ln(z) condenses down to ln[(x^4*z)/(y^24)]
