To get a sum of eight, we would need a 4 and a 4 or a 2 and a 6...we add the probabilities for each...
For a 4 and a 4, we multiply 3/4 and 1/3 to get 1/4.
For a 2 and a 6, we multiply 1/4 and 1/3 to get 1/12.
Now add 1/4 + 1/12 = 4/12 = 1/3
