is your equation   %281%2F3%29%5E%28x%2B1%29 = 1%2F729 ?

If so, then it is equivalent to 

3%5E%28x%2B1%29 = 729 = 3%5E6,

and,  hence,  x + 1 = 6  and  x = 6 - 1 = 5.

Answer. x = 5.
