 I want to give 2 of my employees $8,000 each for their good work,
 the other employees $5,000 and
 the other 2 employees $300 each .
 How would I calculate what is the percentage out of the $25,000 did I give to each of the 5 employees?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 2 get $8000 each=$16000 1 gets $5000
 2 others get $300 each or $600.
 I a assuming only one employee got $5000, because there are 5 employees
 Total is $21,600/$25,000-86.4%
 The ones getting $8000 got 32% (divide it by $25,000)
 The middle got 20%
 The smallest ones got 1.2%.
 Divide the amount by the total bonus of $25,000.
