Assuming no two shot fouls (not one and one), her chance of scoring no points is 0.40. That is the probability of missing and not getting a second shot.
There is a greater probability she will make one, because to make two she has to try again. The probability of making one is 0.60; for two, it is 0.36, 0.6^2.
