then, 1=a%2Fb%2Bc%2Fd
if at the class party a%2Fb=1%2F3 of the students play soccer,1-1%2F3=c%2Fd
c%2Fd=1-1%2F3=3%2F3-1%2F3=2%2F3
so, 2%2F3 of the class plays basketball
