Please help me with this CI question...Thanks in advance.

Dear Tutor,
Please help me with this CI question...Thanks in advance.
Q. Why is a 99% confidence interval wider than a 95% confidence interval?
Is it because we need a bigger interval when we want to be 99% certain than
when we want to be 95% certain.
Ans:: Yes
--------
Alternate answer:: The Margin of Error (ME) will be larger
because the z-value for 0.99/2 area will be larger than
the z-value for 0.95/2 area.
