5+ x/3 = 2x/5 -7 (these are fractions)

at one point I had it set up and worked as
75 + 15x/5 = 30x/15 - 105
75x = 2X -105
If I am on the right path I am lost on what to do next- If I am completely wrong then I need help from the beginning. Please help me solve this equation -It is in fractions- I keep getting lost in my work

X/3-2X/5=-7-5
(5X-6X)/15=-12 CROSS MULTIPLY
5X-6X=15*-12
-X=-180
X=180 ANSWER.
PROOF
5+180/3=2*180/5-7
5+60=360/5-7
65=72-7
65=65
