You can put this solution on YOUR website! It isn't shown, but I'm thinking it is isosceles, with the base angle being 46 degrees.
If so, then the other base angle is 46...add them to get 92 and subtract from 180 degrees, giving
180-92 = 88 degrees for the measure of the missing angle B.
