Take each component separately:
10^-3
= 1/10^3
= 1/1000
......
25^1/2
= sqrt of 25
= 5
......
8^1/3
= Cube root of 8
= 2
.....4^1/2
= sqrt of 4
= 2
......
27^0
Antyhing to the power of 0
= 1
..........
10^-3+25^1/2-8^1/3•4^1/2+27^0
= 1/1000 + 5 - 2 x 2 + 1
= 3 1/100 x 3
=9.003
