I'll do the first one to show you how to do this.
If x = 3, then we simply replace every x with 3. Then we isolate y
3x - y = 9
3*3 - y = 9 .... replace each x with 3
9 - y = 9
9 - y - 9 = 9-9
-y = 0
y = 0
All that work above shows that when x = 3, y = 0. They pair up together. So in the blank space next to '3' goes '0'
You'll do the same for the other x values to get the corresponding paired y values until the table is completely filled.
