Call length and width, L and W.
P = 2L + 2W = 58
and
L = 5 + 2W
Substitute this into the first equation and get
2(5+2W) + 2W = 58
10 + 4W + 2W = 58
6W + 10 = 58
6W = 48
W = 8 ft
L = 21 ft
