4x+2y=3y-3x+8
subtract 3y and add 3x to each side: 4x+2y-3y+3x=8
7x-y=8
y intercept (when x=0):-y=8...y=-8...(0,-8)
x intercept (when y=0): 7x=8...x=8/7...(8/7,0)
