Question 1002368: Given the linear equation : 5x-2y=10
a) Convert the equation to slope-intercept form. State the slope of the line and the y-intercept as an ordered pair.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! From 5x-2y = 10
we solve for y by subtracting 5x first, and get
-2y = -5x + 10
Now divide by -2 and get
y = (5/2)x - 5
To graph this, go to (0,-5) and plot a point.
From there, go up five and to the right two and plot another point...should be at (2,0)...
Then connect the points and voila!
