You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
From
(1/5)log(x+4)-1=0
add one
(1/5)log(x+4)=1
multiply by five
log(x+4)=5
exponentiate ten-to-the
x+4 = 10^5 = 100000
subtract 4
x = 99996
