You can put this solution on YOUR website!
100 yards in 9.8 seconds how fast were you going in miles per hour?
:
Find yds/sec: 100%2F9.8 10.20408 yds/sec
:
Find mph
%28%283600%2A10.20408%29%29%2F5280 = 6.957 mph
I realized that I screwed this one up yesterday, but then it slipped my mind til now.
Of course they are using yards here and there are 1760 yds in a mile, it should be:
Find mph
%28%283600%2A10.20408%29%29%2F1760 = 20.872 mph
:
I apologize for the mistake. Carl
