Question 978164: You toss a ball that travels on the path y= -0.1x^2 +x+2 where x and y are measured in meters. Sketch the path of the ball. How high does the ball go. I know I studied algebra in 8th grade, but I don't remember solving hard problems like these so please help me it would really be helpful. Thank you

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Eighth-grade Algebra may not be as much as Intermediate Algebra. You may know little more than to pick several x values and compute the corresponding y values, and then plot the resulting (x,y) ordered pair points.
