You can put this solution on YOUR website! I'm assuming you mean a .22 rifle bullet and not the gun (unless you run out of bullets and decide to throw the gun).
The page gives a chart with various weights and types of .22 caliber bullets.
The chart is on the right side and you have to scroll down a bit. The slowest speed I saw was 1,200 ft/s and the fastest was 1,640 ft/s. So in between there is probably where the average is. There may be faster or slower types.
Those speeds are in feet per second, so you need to multiply them by 60 to convert to feet per minute.
