If you were traveling on a train going 70 mph and decided to run from front to the rear of the train at a speed of 8 mph how fast would you be going when you reach the caboose
-----------
You should specify wrt what. (with respect to)
wrt to the train, you're moving at 8 mi/hr
wrt to the Earth, you're moving at 62 mi/hr
---
When you reach the caboose, I would think you'd stop running and be moving at the same speed as the train.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
70mph - 8mph = 62 mph while you are running
