Question 890609: Each time Hannah turns the pedals one complete turn on her bicycle, she travels 7.5 feet. How many miles did she travel after pedaling 2,000 complete times?
First, I thought about making a proportion, but that didn't seem right. Then I tried unit rates, but I feel like something is missing or that it isn't the right answer.
Thanks again for helping me! I always seem to struggle with math and I forget a lot over the summer, so hopefully this computer will help me get back on track.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Each time Hannah turns the pedals one complete turn on her bicycle, she travels 7.5 feet.
How many miles did she travel after pedaling 2,000 complete times?
:
Just find how many feet traveled after 2000 turns, divide by 5280 to convert to mi.
%28%282000%2A7.5%29%29%2F5280 = 2.841 mi
